จากบ่อน้ำครำ สู่สถานที่อันศักดิ์สิทธิ์

เมื่อพื้นที่ที่หลายคนมองข้าม กลายเป็นจุดเริ่มต้นของศรัทธา ความฝัน และการสร้างสิ่งใหม่

บางครั้ง จุดเริ่มต้นของสิ่งที่ยิ่งใหญ่ ไม่ได้เกิดขึ้นในสถานที่ที่สมบูรณ์แบบที่สุด แต่มันอาจเริ่มต้นจากพื้นที่ธรรมดา พื้นที่ที่ไม่มีใครสนใจ หรือแม้แต่พื้นที่ที่คนส่วนใหญ่มองว่า “ไม่มีอะไร” สำหรับผม สถานที่แห่งนี้ก็เช่นเดียวกัน เดิมทีพื้นที่ตรงนี้เป็นเพียง บ่อน้ำครำ แห่งหนึ่ง เป็นพื้นที่ที่เมื่อมองจากภายนอก แทบไม่มีอะไรบ่งบอกเลยว่า วันหนึ่งมันจะกลายมาเป็นส่วนหนึ่งของความฝันครั้งสำคัญในชีวิตของผม จนกระทั่งวันหนึ่ง ผมขับรถผ่านมาและได้เห็น ป้ายประกาศขายที่ดิน มันเป็นเพียงป้ายธรรมดา พร้อมหมายเลขโทรศัพท์สำหรับติดต่อเจ้าของพื้นที่ แต่ป้ายเล็ก ๆ ป้ายนั้น กลับกลายเป็นจุดเริ่มต้นของเรื่องราวทั้งหมด

ผมตัดสินใจโทรศัพท์ไปตามหมายเลขที่ระบุไว้ พูดคุยกับเจ้าของพื้นที่ ศึกษารายละเอียด และมองดูพื้นที่แห่งนี้อีกครั้งด้วยสายตาที่แตกต่างออกไป สิ่งที่อยู่ตรงหน้าผมอาจเป็นบ่อน้ำครำ แต่สิ่งที่อยู่ในความคิดของผม กลับไม่ใช่บ่อน้ำครำอีกต่อไป

ผมเริ่มมองเห็นภาพของสถานที่แห่งหนึ่ง…

• สถานที่ที่ผู้คนสามารถเดินเข้ามาด้วยความศรัทธา
• สถานที่ที่ศิลปะ ความเชื่อ วัฒนธรรม และความคิดสร้างสรรค์สามารถอยู่ร่วมกัน
• สถานที่ที่อดีตสามารถเชื่อมโยงเข้ากับอนาคต
• และสถานที่ซึ่งสามารถพัฒนาไปพร้อมกับแนวคิดทางธุรกิจของ AZURA และ KAEN CORPORATION LTD.

ในที่สุด ผมจึงตัดสินใจซื้อพื้นที่แห่งนี้มาเป็นเจ้าของ

เราไม่ได้ซื้อเพียง “ที่ดิน” แต่เราซื้อ “ความเป็นไปได้”

การซื้อที่ดินครั้งนี้ สำหรับผมไม่ได้หมายถึงการได้ครอบครองทรัพย์สินเพิ่มขึ้นอีกหนึ่งแปลง สิ่งที่สำคัญกว่านั้นคือ ผมกำลังซื้อพื้นที่สำหรับสร้างความเป็นไปได้ เพราะผมเชื่อมาโดยตลอดว่า คุณค่าของสถานที่ไม่ได้ถูกกำหนดจากสิ่งที่มันเคยเป็นเพียงอย่างเดียว แต่ถูกกำหนดจากสิ่งที่เรามองเห็นว่า “มันสามารถกลายเป็นอะไรได้บ้าง” พื้นที่ที่เคยเป็นบ่อน้ำครำจึงเริ่มมีความหมายใหม่ จากพื้นที่ซึ่งเคยถูกปล่อยทิ้งไว้ กำลังจะถูกปรับเปลี่ยน จากพื้นที่ที่ไม่มีเรื่องราว กำลังจะมีเรื่องราวของตัวเอง และจากสถานที่ธรรมดา กำลังจะได้รับการสร้างขึ้นใหม่ให้กลายเป็นสถานที่แห่งศรัทธา ศิลปะ และความคิดสร้างสรรค์

จากพื้นที่ธรรมดา สู่ “เทวาลัย”

หนึ่งในแนวคิดสำคัญของพื้นที่แห่งนี้ คือการจัดสร้าง “เทวาลัย” แต่สำหรับผม เทวาลัยแห่งนี้ไม่ควรเป็นเพียงสถานที่ตั้งของสิ่งศักดิ์สิทธิ์เท่านั้น ผมอยากให้มันเป็น พื้นที่แห่งประสบการณ์ทางจิตใจ เป็นสถานที่ที่เมื่อผู้คนก้าวเข้ามาแล้ว สามารถสัมผัสได้ถึงความสงบ ความงดงาม และพลังบางอย่างที่แตกต่างจากโลกภายนอก

• สถาปัตยกรรม
• งานศิลปะ
• ประติมากรรม
• แสง
• เสียง
• กลิ่น
• ธรรมชาติ
• และพื้นที่ว่าง

ทุกองค์ประกอบควรถูกออกแบบให้ทำงานร่วมกัน เพื่อสร้างประสบการณ์ที่ทำให้ผู้มาเยือนรู้สึกว่า พวกเขาไม่ได้เพียงเดินเข้ามาในอาคารแห่งหนึ่ง แต่กำลังเดินเข้าสู่ “พื้นที่แห่งศรัทธา” ศรัทธาในที่นี้ไม่ได้หมายถึงความเชื่อทางศาสนาเพียงอย่างเดียว แต่หมายรวมถึงศรัทธาที่มนุษย์มีต่อความหวัง ความสำเร็จ ความรัก ความมั่งคั่ง ปัญญา โอกาส และอนาคตของตัวเอง

AZURA : เมื่อศรัทธา ศิลปะ และเทคโนโลยีมาพบกัน

แนวคิดของพื้นที่แห่งนี้สอดคล้องโดยตรงกับสิ่งที่ผมต้องการสร้างผ่าน AZURA ผมไม่ได้ต้องการให้ AZURA เป็นเพียงแบรนด์ที่จำหน่ายวัตถุแห่งความเชื่อ แต่ต้องการสร้างระบบนิเวศที่นำ Faith, Art, Culture และ Technology มาผสมผสานกัน เพราะผมเชื่อว่า “ความศรัทธา” ไม่จำเป็นต้องหยุดอยู่กับรูปแบบเดิม ศรัทธาสามารถถูกถ่ายทอดผ่านงานศิลปะร่วมสมัย, ผ่านประติมากรรม, ผ่านเครื่องประดับ, ผ่าน Art Toy, ผ่าน Digital Art, ผ่านเทคโนโลยี หรือแม้แต่ผ่านประสบการณ์ของสถานที่

ดังนั้น เทวาลัยและอาคารที่จะเกิดขึ้นบนพื้นที่แห่งนี้ จึงไม่ได้ถูกมองเป็นเพียงสิ่งปลูกสร้าง แต่มันคือ Physical Platform ของ AZURA เป็นพื้นที่ที่โลกแห่งความเชื่อสามารถเชื่อมต่อกับโลกแห่งศิลปะ เทคโนโลยี และธุรกิจได้อย่างเป็นรูปธรรม

KAEN CORPORATION : เปลี่ยนรากเหง้าให้กลายเป็นคุณค่าใหม่

ในอีกด้านหนึ่ง พื้นที่แห่งนี้ยังสะท้อนแนวคิดของ KAEN CORPORATION LTD. 

คำว่า KAEN — แก่น สำหรับผม มีความหมายมากกว่าชื่อของบริษัท มันหมายถึงการค้นหา “แก่น” ของสิ่งต่าง ๆ แล้วนำสิ่งนั้นกลับมาตีความและสร้างคุณค่าใหม่ให้เข้ากับโลกปัจจุบัน ไม่ว่าจะเป็น

• ศิลปะ
• งานคราฟต์
• วัฒนธรรม
• ความเชื่อ
• ภูมิปัญญา
• อาหารและเครื่องดื่ม
• ของที่ระลึก
• งานออกแบบ
• หรือประสบการณ์ของสถานที่

สิ่งเหล่านี้ล้วนสามารถนำมาต่อยอดให้กลายเป็นผลิตภัณฑ์ ธุรกิจ และทรัพย์สินทางวัฒนธรรมรูปแบบใหม่ได้

ดังนั้น การพัฒนาพื้นที่แห่งนี้จึงไม่ควรถูกมองว่าเป็นเพียง “โครงการก่อสร้าง” แต่คือการสร้าง Ecosystem สถานที่หนึ่งแห่งสามารถเป็นได้พร้อมกันทั้งพื้นที่แห่งศรัทธา พื้นที่ศิลปะ พื้นที่สร้างสรรค์ พื้นที่เรียนรู้ พื้นที่จัดกิจกรรม พื้นที่พัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์ และพื้นที่ทางธุรกิจ

โดยมี AZURA และ KAEN CORPORATION เป็นสองพลังสำคัญในการขับเคลื่อนแนวคิดดังกล่าว

• จากพิธีกรรม
• จากศิลปะ
• จากเรื่องราว
• จากผู้คน
• และจากประสบการณ์ที่เกิดขึ้นซ้ำแล้วซ้ำเล่า

เมื่อผู้คนเดินทางมายังสถานที่แห่งหนึ่งพร้อมกับความหวัง เมื่อใครบางคนมาขอพรในวันที่ชีวิตกำลังเผชิญกับความยากลำบาก เมื่อใครบางคนกลับมาอีกครั้งเพื่อขอบคุณ หลังจากสิ่งที่เคยปรารถนาได้เกิดขึ้นจริง เรื่องราวเหล่านั้นจะค่อย ๆ สะสม จนวันหนึ่ง “สถานที่” จะไม่ได้เป็นเพียงพื้นที่ทางกายภาพอีกต่อไป แต่มันจะกลายเป็น พื้นที่ในความทรงจำและความศรัทธาของผู้คน และนั่นต่างหาก คือสิ่งที่ผมอยากเห็นเกิดขึ้นกับพื้นที่แห่งนี้

จากบ่อน้ำครำ สู่สถานที่อันศักดิ์สิทธิ์

เมื่อย้อนกลับไปมองวันแรก วันที่ผมเห็นป้ายประกาศขายอยู่ข้างบ่อน้ำครำแห่งนี้ ผมเองก็ไม่สามารถรู้ได้ว่าอนาคตของพื้นที่จะเป็นอย่างไร แต่สิ่งหนึ่งที่ผมรู้คือ ผมมองเห็นบางสิ่งที่ยังไม่มีอยู่ ผมเห็นเทวาลัยก่อนที่จะมีเทวาลัย, เห็นอาคารก่อนที่จะมีอาคาร, เห็นผู้คนก่อนที่จะมีผู้มาเยือน และเห็นเรื่องราว ก่อนที่เรื่องราวเหล่านั้นจะเกิดขึ้นจริง

วันนี้ พื้นที่แห่งนี้จึงไม่ได้เป็นเพียงที่ดินที่ผมซื้อมา แต่มันกำลังกลายเป็น “พื้นที่แห่งความตั้งใจ”

• ความตั้งใจที่จะสร้างสิ่งใหม่ขึ้นมาบนรากฐานของศรัทธา
• ความตั้งใจที่จะเชื่อมอดีตเข้ากับอนาคต
• ความตั้งใจที่จะทำให้ศิลปะ วัฒนธรรม ความเชื่อ เทคโนโลยี และธุรกิจ สามารถเติบโตอยู่ในพื้นที่เดียวกัน

และเหนือสิ่งอื่นใด มันคือความตั้งใจที่จะพิสูจน์ว่า…

จากพื้นที่ที่ครั้งหนึ่งเคยเป็นเพียง “บ่อน้ำครำ” วันนี้ เรากำลังเริ่มต้นการเดินทาง เพื่อเปลี่ยนพื้นที่แห่งนี้ให้กลายเป็นสถานที่แห่งศิลปะ ความเชื่อ ความศรัทธา และการสร้างสรรค์

จากพื้นที่ที่คนเคยมองข้าม สู่พื้นที่ที่ผู้คนอาจตั้งใจเดินทางมา จากพื้นที่ที่ไม่มีใครจดจำ สู่พื้นที่ที่กำลังจะมีเรื่องราวของตัวเอง และจาก “บ่อน้ำครำ” สู่… “สถานที่อันศักดิ์สิทธิ์” นี่ไม่ใช่เรื่องราวของการซื้อที่ดิน แต่มันคือเรื่องราวของการมองเห็น อนาคตของสถานที่แห่งหนึ่ง ก่อนที่อนาคตนั้นจะถูกสร้างขึ้นจริง

From a Wastewater Pond to a Sacred Place

When an overlooked piece of land becomes the beginning of faith,
vision, and something greater

Sometimes, the beginning of something meaningful does not emerge from a perfect place. It may begin on an ordinary piece of land— a place no one notices,
a place people pass by without a second thought, or even a place that seems to have little value at all. For me, this place began exactly that way. It was once little more than an old, neglected wastewater pond. Nothing about it suggested that one day, it could become part of one of the most meaningful visions of my life. Then one day, I passed by and noticed a simple “Land for Sale” sign. There was nothing extraordinary about the sign itself—just a phone number for anyone interested in the property. Yet that small sign became the beginning of an entirely new story. I called the number, spoke with the owner, learned more about the property, and began looking at the land differently. What stood before me was still an old pond. But in my mind, it was no longer a pond. I began to see something else.

I imagined a place where people could come with faith and hope. A place where spirituality, art, culture, creativity, and technology could coexist. A place where the wisdom of the past could meet the possibilities of the future. And above all, a place that could embody the philosophy and long-term vision of AZURA and KAEN CORPORATION LTD. Eventually, I decided to purchase the land.

We Were Not Simply Buying Land. We Were Buying Possibility.

For me, acquiring this property was never merely about owning another piece of land. It represented something far more important: the opportunity to create possibility. I have always believed that the true value of a place should not be determined only by what it once was. Its value can also be determined by what we are capable of imagining it could become. The neglected pond therefore began to take on a completely new meaning. A forgotten place could become a destination. An empty piece of land could become a place filled with stories. And an ordinary property could gradually be transformed into a place of faith, art, creativity, and human experience.

From an Ordinary Place to a Sacred Sanctuary

One of the central ideas for this land is the creation of a sacred sanctuary — a Devalaya. But I do not want it to be simply a building that houses sacred statues. I want it to become a space for spiritual experience. A place where people can step away from the noise of everyday life and encounter a sense of peace, beauty, inspiration, and perhaps something that cannot easily be explained in words. Architecture, art, sculpture, light, sound, fragrance, nature, and open space should all work together. Every element should contribute to the experience. When visitors enter, I do not want them to feel that they are simply walking into another building. I want them to feel that they are crossing a threshold— from the ordinary into the sacred. And faith, in this context, does not have to mean religion alone.

It can mean faith in hope.

• Faith in love.
• Faith in prosperity.
• Faith in wisdom.
• Faith in opportunity.
• And ultimately, faith in one’s own future.

AZURA: Where Faith, Art, and Technology Meet

The vision for this place is closely connected to what I want to build through AZURA. I do not want AZURA to become merely a brand that sells spiritual objects. The greater ambition is to create an ecosystem where Faith, Art, Culture, and Technology come together. I believe spirituality does not have to remain confined to traditional forms. Faith can be expressed through contemporary art.

• Through sculpture.
• Through jewelry.
• Through Art Toys.
• Through digital art.
• Through technology.
• And even through the experience of a physical place.

For this reason, the sanctuary and buildings that will eventually stand on this land should not be seen simply as architecture. They can become the physical platform of AZURA— a place where the world of spirituality connects with art, creativity, technology, culture, and business in a tangible way.

KAEN CORPORATION: Transforming Roots into New Value

At the same time, this project also reflects the philosophy behind KAEN CORPORATION LTD. The word “KAEN” carries a deeper meaning for me. In Thai, Kaen can refer to the core, essence, or heart of something. That idea lies at the center of what I want KAEN CORPORATION to become: to discover the essence of culture, craftsmanship, creativity, local wisdom, and identity—and reinterpret those elements for the contemporary world.

• Art.
• Craftsmanship.
• Culture.
• Belief.
• Local wisdom.
• Food and beverages.
• Souvenirs.
• Design.
• Experiences.

All of these can be transformed into new products, businesses, intellectual property, and cultural assets. That is why the development of this land should not be understood simply as a construction project. It is the beginning of an ecosystem.

Sacredness Cannot Be Built with Concrete Alone

There is another principle that matters deeply to me. A place does not become sacred simply because we construct a beautiful building. It does not become sacred merely because we place statues of deities inside it. And it certainly does not become sacred simply because we declare it to be so. Sacredness must be cultivated over time.

• Through people.
• And through experiences repeated across generations.

Someone may arrive carrying hope during one of the most difficult moments of their life. Someone may stand before a sacred image and quietly make a wish. Years later, that same person may return—not to ask for anything, but simply to say thank you. These individual stories begin to accumulate. One story becomes ten. Ten become hundreds. Hundreds become thousands. And eventually, a physical location becomes something more than land, buildings, and architecture. It becomes a place within people’s memories and beliefs. That is the kind of sacredness I hope this place will one day earn.

When I look back at the first day I saw that simple “Land for Sale” sign beside an old wastewater pond, I could never have known exactly what the future of this place would become. But I knew one thing.

• I could see something that did not yet exist.
• I could see the sanctuary before there was a sanctuary.
• I could see the buildings before there were buildings.
• I could imagine visitors before anyone had arrived.
• And I could see the beginning of a story before that story had even been written.

Today, this land is therefore much more than a property I purchased. It is becoming a place of intention.

• An intention to create something new from faith.
• An intention to connect heritage with the future.
• An intention to bring spirituality, art, culture, technology, creativity, and business together within one destination.
• And perhaps most importantly, it is an opportunity to demonstrate something I have always believed:

The value of a place is not determined solely by what it used to be.
Its greatest value may lie in what we have the courage to imagine it can become.

Once, this land was simply an old wastewater pond. Now, a new journey is beginning.

From a place people once overlooked to a place people may one day travel specifically to visit.

From a place without a story to a place where thousands of stories may eventually be created.

From forgotten land to a destination of art, culture, creativity, and faith. From a wastewater pond… to a sacred place. This is not simply the story of buying a piece of land.

It is the story of seeing the future of a place before that future has been built.
